Some members are having
difficulty seeing the latest versions of the screens on this website.
This is usually because your browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla,
Firefox etc) is not loading the very latest version of a particular
screen, rather it has been set up to load a screen from your hard
drive instead of going out to the internet.
In the case of Internet
Explorer the best thing to do is either:-
- Right click with your
mouse on the old version of a page, then select "Refresh"
from the sub-menu which is displayed.
OR
- At the top of the
Interet Explorer screen select the "Tools"
menu option, then the "Internet Options . . .
" item. This will open a panel with tabs along
the top ("General, Security, Privacy, Content,
Connections, Programs and Advanced").
Click on the "General" tab
and you will see a screen which is in three sections . . ."Home
Page, Temporary Internet Files" and
"History".
In the "Temporary Internet
Files" section
there will be a button marked "Settings . . .
" Click on this button and another panel will be displayed;
"Check for newer versions of stored pages:"
make sure that the first button "Every visit
to the page" is checked. "OK"
everything and the next time you visit the website you (should)
be getting the latest versions of everything.
Different browsers have
differing ways of dealing with this problem - but each will be able
to do it. |
