working with North Lincolnshire Council

What Happened in 2024?

In total 20 teams swam 2132 lengths, which is the equivalent of about
53 Kms (33 miles) or about the distance from The Pods to Garforth near Leeds.

The Senior team which swam more than anyone was The Oddments. They swam 168 lengths. The Wrawby Mill Swimmers were in second place with 137 lengths. The Junior Competition was a bit keener. Swimming 145 lengths was the 16th Scunthorpe Scout Group. With the Scunthorpe Cooperative Junior Choir only just behind them on 140 lengths.

Other trophy winners.

The senior team which raised the most money from sponsors was has not yet been determined.

The junior team which raised the most money from sponsors also has not yet been determined, although it looks pretty certain that it will, once again, be 16th Scunthorpe Scout Group.
